Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our guided meditation sessions offer tools to quiet the mind, connect with your inner self, and enhance emotional well-being.

Hypopressives

Hypopressive exercises strengthen the deep muscles of the abdomen and pelvic floor, helping to reduce intra-abdominal pressure. They are ideal for postpartum rehabilitation and relieving discomforts such as lower back pain, incontinence, prolapses, sexual dysfunctions, abdominal diastasis, and a feeling of heaviness in the pelvis.

Through postures and breathing, they improve quality of life and well-being. For a safe and effective recovery, Ayme Zevada, specialist in Hypopressives LPF, will guide you through the process.

Restorative  yoga

 

A gentle practice with stretches that allow for a comfortable and sustained posture, promoting relaxation and renewal. Props such as straps, blocks, and others may be used at times.

Prenatal

Engaging in physical activity during pregnancy not only helps you stay in shape but also prepares your body for childbirth and provides multiple benefits. It reduces the risk of preterm labor, preeclampsia, postpartum depression, and gestational diabetes. Additionally, it helps alleviate back pain, constipation, swelling, and inflammation while improving mood, energy levels, and overall physical condition, aiding in the prevention of excessive weight gain.

Each session includes yoga, Pilates, functional exercises, dance, breathing techniques, vocalization, hypopressives, pelvic floor exercises, and relaxation techniques to strengthen the connection with your body and baby.

Zhi Neng Qi Gong

 

It is a Chinese practice based on the science of life, designed to cultivate wisdom and develop skills for energy management through meditation, breathing, and the practice of fluid movements and sustained postures similar to Tai Chi.

Hatha Yoga

Practice more slowly, but no less intensely, and go deeper into each posture. Ideal for beginners.

Vinyasa Yoga

Flow with grace and strength in our Vinyasa yoga class. This dynamic practice links breath with movement, creating a fluid sequence of poses that enhance flexibility, strength, and inner calm. It is an excellent way to build physical endurance while also promoting mental clarity and balance.

Ashtanga Yoga

Immerse yourself in the dynamic practice of Ashtanga Yoga, a vigorous and structured form of yoga that links breath with movement through a specific sequence of postures. This method emphasizes consistency, allowing practitioners to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mental clarity over time. Each class typically follows the same sequence, enabling a deep exploration of the asanas and fostering a meditative flow. This style of yoga promotes not only physical fitness but also emotional balance and concentration, making it ideal for those seeking a physical challenge while developing a strong mind-body connection.

Kundalini Meditation

 

Kundalini meditation is a practice that helps connect the mind, body, and spirit. It is a form of yoga that incorporates breathwork, mantras, postures, and mudras.

The benefits include joy, tranquility, a good mood, patience, generosity, and confidence.

Some meditations focus on overcoming fears, awakening consciousness, and, most importantly, connecting with our inner teacher.

With regular practice, it enhances concentration and mental clarity while reducing stress and anxiety.

I have been a yoga guide and practitioner for 15 years. Certified as a Yoga Teacher by the International Association of Yoga Yoghismo with 300 hours and by the International Yoga Alliance with 200 hours, as well as by the Great Universal Fraternity (GFU). YACEP diploma in Adjustments and Body Reading from the International Yoga Alliance. Certified in Breathwork, Neuroscience & Ice Bath by Ocean Breath Barcelona and the International Yoga Alliance. Certified as a Master Reiki practitioner.
